Restorative Workshops are designed to help you recover from everyday stress and to nurture you with a combination of calming breathing techniques and restorative asana practice. Joanne’s workshop will use a combination of breath, asana and yoga nidra to restore your energy for the week ahead.
In each workshop Joanne will lead you through a combination of simple breathing techniques, with quiet time in postures to encourage the body to release and open without tension. The practice will consist of a slow flow of postures which will lead into a sequence of simple asanas, held for several minutes. Props will be used to support us, allowing the postures to silently work their magic and access our body and mind. Practice will close with guided yoga nidra and intention setting for the week ahead.
This workshop will leave you with a sense of renewal, relaxation and well-being and is the perfect counter balance to everyday stress, anxiety and fatigue. Open to ALL.
