If you love running but find niggling injuries are creeping into your body or your recovery time is starting to get longer, then come along to this workshop to learn how a yoga practise could boost your performance.
This workshop will give you knowledge of how to develop a safe Yoga routine to help ease out running niggles, tight muscles and sore joints. Runner’s develop such stability in their joints but are often not aware of just how tense they are getting, yoga can have a tremendous impact on mobility and flexibility in the body.
This workshop will include a runners sequence based on both static and dynamic stretches ideal for taking into your warmups, cool downs and recovery sessions. Matt is an experienced distance runner who will provide options to all, this workshop is open to all levels, including runners who have never done Yoga before.
Session is 2 hours
