    The first weekend of 2 Vinyasa Flow Training weekends with Joanne Ewen & Frankie Culpin.

    Each day will start off with an invigorating Vinyasa Flow practice, incorporating elements of Pranayama & Meditation.

    This weekend will focus on:
    ◉Deconstructing Surya Namaskaras & key standing postures.
    ◉Sequencing for hips & arm balances
    ◉Prayanama: the breath
    ◉Balancing the Vinyasa practice
    ◉Yoga for different periods in life
    ◉Sequencing for theming
    ◉Yin yoga
    ◉Creating your own flow

    Each training weekend is £200.

    Each weekend is 20Hrs CPD with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK).

    Please bring a yoga mat, or hire one at £2.
    Breakfast/Lunch is not included and there are several local eateries around Meadowlark. Or, please bring a packed lunch.
    Parking is free at the weekends in the Pay & Display bays, the Permit Holder bays and on single yellow lines outside.
