  • 56 Broughton Street has been home to l’escargot bleu since 2009. We offer a unique collaboration of characteristically French food made with the finest Scottish, seasonal larder from a host of top quality local suppliers. Provenance is key; there is only one rule in our kitchen – quality.

    You will enjoy wild Scottish snails sourced from the Isle of Barra, delicious pure breed of Dexter beef, Shorthorn and Highland Wagyu beef, chickens and cockerels from Linda Dick and organic lamb from Sascha Grierson. Here at l’escargot bleu we unite the finest French and Scottish produce to provide a dining experience you will not forget.
